Our take on a Mexican style Lager starts with some American pale malt, flaked corn, and a touch of Munich malt. A blend of domestic Nugget and Czech Saaz hops. Fermented cold and under pressure with a classic German lager yeast. Incredibly soft mouthfeel from the natural carbonation, perfect balance from the Saaz. Served with a lime on request.

Classic Oktoberfest Marzen, brewed with 100% German malts; Munich and Chit, European hops, and a classic German lager yeast. Clean, malty, rich, and very, very drinkable! Ein Prosit!

A hop-forward blend of IPA and lager brewing techniques! It features a richly fruity hop aroma and palate followed by a nice malt body to balance the hoppy finish. Flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, sweet malt, followed by a dry hoppy finish. Brewed with domestic and German malts, hops from the Pacific Northwest and New Zealand, and German lager yeast. A relatively new and dynamic beer style! Tapped 5/22/25

7% ABV Rye IPA. Brewed with a blend of domestic and German malts, including a portion of malted rye. Tropical fruit aroma, followed by a palate of spicy/fruity hops with a bready, slightly spicy malt character from the rye, and a citrus hop finish with notes of tangerine and a subtle, lingering hop dryness.

Palate Irish Stout 5% ABV A classic Irish style stout. Featuring a malty body, rich malt aroma, and a classic roast flavor. Brewed with domestic and British malts, domestic hops, and British ale yeast. Tapped 2/21/25

We went seeking the highest level of crispness, fortunately we found HeiKrisp! The simplest grist of pale malts and a pinch of white wheat, hopped with a blend of NZ Wakatu and GR Saphir for Meyer lemon and fresh lime citrus aromas. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast for the right level of dryness.

A new twist on our classic Pub Ale! A traditional English-style pub ale, straightforward and classic! A pleasant, balanced aroma of earthy hops and rich malt come together and continue through the palate, leaving a faint breadiness and an earthy hop finish combined with a hint of stone fruit from the classic British ale yeast. Brewed with Pale Ale and British Carastan malts and a blend of traditional hops from East Kent! 4.9% ABV, 20IBU

A decisive blend of 3 barrel aged Imperial stouts: 28 month aged Templeton Rye Whiskey 32 month aged Jamaican Rum 32 month aged Maple Bourbon Heavy chocolate creme, Velvety silk, light oak tannins. Tapped 8/29/24

Sticky toffee, toasted pecan, and a brown sugar and raisin fudge-richness all dripping with a sweet Booker's Bourbon finish.
