TANK CONDITIONED LAGERS
These beers take time, and dispensing is no exception. Enjoy the wait! Served as a 3 Stage or Milk Pour (-$1) upon request. We use specialty dispensing taps to serve our Lagers. This faucet allows us to pour liquid multiple different ways. 3 stage is our house standard "hard pour" procedure to allow the beer to breath and build foam. Milk pour exaggerates this process in one pour, softening the carbonation even more and accentuating the sublety of Lager brewing.-
Zeitgeist Landbier 5.1% - $6 14oz
This German Lager is simple in approach and delivery. 100% Rootshoot Light Munich and a small percentage Chit malt make up the grist. First wort bittered with German Hallertau Blanc, and boil hopped with GR Hallertau Mittelfru and fermented with German lager yeast. An easy drinking German lager perfect for all day festing! Tapped 8/13/24

Gringo Mexican Lager 5% - $7 14oz
Our take on a Mexican style Lager starts with some American pale malt, flaked corn, and a touch of Munich malt. A blend of domestic Nugget and Czech Saaz hops. Fermented cold and under pressure with a classic German lager yeast. Incredibly soft mouthfeel from the natural carbonation, perfect balance from the Saaz. Served with a lime on request.

Huntschill Cold IPA 7.8% - $7 14oz
A hop-forward bend of IPA and lager brewing techniques! It features a richly fruity hop aroma and palate followed by a nice malt body to balance the hoppy finish. Flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, sweet malt, followed by a dry hoppy finish. Brewed with domestic and German malts, hops from the Pacific Northwest and New Zealand, and German lager yeast. A relatively new and dynamic beer style! Tapped 3/18/25

Blackstrap Brown Ale 4.9% - $7 14oz
A classic Brown Ale brewed with a combination of English and North American malts, Pacific Northwest hops, English ale yeast and a touch of blackstrap molasses. Soft on the palate with a touch of molasses and chocolatey malt up front, a pleasant sweetness in the middle, and a dry finish. Enjoy with a mean or as a pub session beer! Tapped 1/3/2025

Heikrisp Petite Pils 3.8% - $5 14oz
We went seeking the highest level of crispness, fortunately we found HeiKrisp! The simplest grist of pale malts and a pinch of white wheat, hopped with a blend of NZ Wakatu and GR Saphir for Meyer lemon and fresh lime citrus aromas. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast for the right level of dryness.

Luftschloss Hefeweizen 5% $6 14oz
A classic German Hefeweizen! Brewed with a combination of German and North American barley and wheat malts, hops, and a traditional Bavarian wizen yeast. Flavors of rich malt, with yeasty notes of clove and banana give way to a sweet malt finish that goes quickly dry.

We pulled some wort from our recent batch of Belgian Blond ale and fermented with a blend of Bretts for this Special ale! Dry hopped with liquid Citra pre fermentation, allowing for the yeast to metabolize and create new aromatics. Honeydew Melon, Tangerine peel, and a dry bitter backbone. Tapped 7/31/24

Tart Saison 4.7% - $6 14oz
A simplistic grist of domestic Pilsner and Wheat malts, lightly mash hopped with Cascade, and lightly kettle hopped with CGX Idaho7. Fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactic Acid Bacteria from Jester King Brewery in Texas. A pleasant acidity with very mild funkiness, this drinks more like a fruity sparkling white wine than a beer! Tapped 5/16/24

An all Pilsner malt, 5 hour boil Barleywine that we aged in house for 28 months in a French oak California Grgich red wine barrel. Brown sugar, Toffee, Caramel, and baking spices lead into a dark fruit jamminess, finishing with just a touch of tannin. Brewed 8/25/21 Tapped/canned 3/27/24

Belgian style Tripel aged 12 months in house in French Oak Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Vine ripened dark grapes and a rich honey sweetness from the Belgian malts sit mid palate, finishing with a jammy quality but also dry from the oak and tannins. Chardonnay Barrel Aged Candi - 8% 16.9oz bottle
Belgian style Tripel aged 9 months in house in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The residual sweetness from the Belgian malts balance well against the barrel tannins. Fresh white grapes, pear, and melon all harmonize with a noticeable malty sweetness on the back of the palate, finishing very fresh and relatively dry.
