TANK CONDITIONED LAGERS
These beers take time, and dispensing is no exception. Enjoy the wait! Served as a 3 Stage or Milk Pour (-$1) upon request. We use specialty dispensing taps to serve our Lagers. This faucet allows us to pour liquid multiple different ways. 3 stage is our house standard "hard pour" procedure to allow the beer to breath and build foam. Milk pour exaggerates this process in one pour, softening the carbonation even more and accentuating the sublety of Lager brewing.-
Macho Libre Amber Lager 5.2% - $7 14oz
Domestic pilsner, vienna, and flaked corn make up the majority of this grist, with the slightest additions of chit, ruby, and dark malt for color and character. Boil additions of NZ Wakatu lend a light floral aroma with a subdued lime zest, pairing perfectly with delicious tacos! Tapped/ 5/3/24

Gringo Mexican Lager 5% - $7 14oz
Our take on a Mexican style Lager starts with some American pilsner malt, flaked corn, and a touch of Vienna malt. A bittering addition of Czech Saaz and a flavor & whirlpool additions of New Zealand Wakatu, layering in a hint of Lime and fresh citrus. Fermented cold and under pressure with yeast from the well known Modelo Group. Incredibly soft mouthfeel from the natural carbonation, perfect balance from the Saaz. Served with a lime on request.

Domestically grown "Bavarian Pilsner" malt that was decocted for increased malt character, setting the stage for heavy hot side additions of GR grown Huell Melon and Saphir. Fermented under pressure with our house German Lager yeast, this easy drinkin Pils has an assertive bitterness and a snappy finish, with subtle aromas of lime zest and fresh cut cantaloupe. Tapped/Canned 4/25/24

Big Cove West Coast IPA 6.2% - 14oz
A Fresh IPA Collab with our old friends from Back Forty HSV, we combined brainiacs for this beaut of an IPA! Domestic Pilsner and a touch of wheat malt set up a handy hot side combo of Cascade and Mosaic and a whirlpool addition of NZ Riwaka CGX. Fermented with our house Lager yeast, and dry hopped post fermentation with Mosaic and NZ Riwaka CGX. An easy drinkin IPA for sure! Tapped/Canned 5/1/24

Gone Hempn Dank IPA 6.8% - $7 14oz
A deliciously Dank IPA brewed in cahoots with our buddy Charlie from Dry Creek Cannabis! A blend of Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat lay a silky base for a hopping of Strata, Michigan Columbus, and NZ Nelson Sauvin CGX. Top note addition at dry hop with Gelato Terpenes, adding a fresh waft of goodness to the nose! Does not contain THC, CBD, Or any other psychoactive compounds! Pretty Heady Double IPA 8% - $9 14oz
Our attempt of cloning the Infamous Heady Topper of Vermont, we started with an English Pale malt and a touch of flaked oats a slight haze. Significantly bittered in the mash with Nugget, boil additions of Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus, and whirlpool with Columbus, Chinook Cryo, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe, and Amarillo CGX. Fermented with a blend of yeast, dry hopped with Simcoe/Columbus/Centennial and again with Columbus/Amarillo/Cascade/Columbus. Tapped/canned 3/27/24

Hazy Hooligan 6% - $6 14oz
Domestic Pilsner & Pale ale malts in equal parts with additions of flaked oats & flaked wheat, with small additions of Munich wheat & double honey specialty malts for color. Handily bittered with Nugget, with hotside additions of Idaho7 & NZ Wakatu. Idaho7 Hash added before fermentation, & a mid ferm dry hop of CGX Idaho7, NZ PacSun, & NZ Waimea Hopkief. Notes of Papaya and grapefruit pith with an underlying pineapple and a nice bitterness. Tapped 3/15/24

Mackinac & Me IPA 4.8% - $5 14oz
We got a bag of Michigan grown Mackinac Hops and brewed a baby Hazy IPA to see what they offer! A base of domestic pilsner and pale ale malt with a hefty hand of flaked wheat make up the grist. Hopped throughout with Mackinac and we layered in some Citra to help elevate the overall aroma. Notes of melon, fruit punch, and an underlying grapefruit/citrus zest. Tapped/canned 3/1/24

Juicedratix 2023 Triple IPA - 10.3% $7 10oz
Our Anniversary beer celebrating year 3 takes our IPA findings from the year and wraps it into this big fellah. Pils and Pale malts with malted oat, flaked oat, and malted wheat set the stage. Mash hopped with Cascade and Nugget Hash, hot side additions of Simcoe and Amarillo CGX, and a fat cool whirlpool of Phantasm, NZ Motueka, and NZ Revolution blend. Fermented with Thiolized yeast, and dry hopped at then end of fermentation with Nelson Sauvin Hopkief, Mosaic and Citra Spectrum, Strata, NZ Motueka, and NZ Riwaka CGX. Tapped 1/20/24

28 month Cali Red Wine BA Blonde Barleywine 11% - $14 10oz
An all Pilsner malt, 5 hour boil Barleywine that we aged in house for 28 months in a French oak California Grgich red wine barrel. Brown sugar, Toffee, Caramel, and baking spices lead into a dark fruit jamminess, finishing with just a touch of tannin. Brewed 8/25/21 Tapped/canned 3/27/24

Captain Insano American Strong ale 10% - $8 10oz
This beer was brewed with Colorado grown pale barley and white wheat malt. Bittered with Oregon Nugget, and then dosed up late in the boil and whirlpool with Amarillo and Cascade from Crosby Hops in Oregon. American ale yeast finishes medium dry with no character and floccs out nicely for a clear finished beer. Tapped/Canned 11/13/23

Brett Biotropics IPA 5.9% - $7 14oz
We pulled wort from BioTropics and fermented with Bootleg Biology's Funk Weapon#2. We dosed it with NZ Waimea Hopkief and then let it go! Overripe tropical fruit Funk takes front stage, with a stern bitterness and dry but full finish from the grist of mostly wheat. Our first Brett fermentation with Phantasm! Tapped 2/2/2024

31 Month BA Maple Bourbon Imp Breakfast stout 12oz 2Pack
We brewed this massive Breakfast stout in September 2020, using Hippea Camper granola and a double mash technique. English Maris Otter and a blend of specialty malts, boiled for hours, and laid away in house for 31 months in our Maple Bourbon barrels. This delectable combination delivers notes of maple syrup, milk chocolate, brown sugar, and bourbon.

This Imperial sour ale aged in house for 7 months in our Añejo Tequila barrel. We then conditioned it on fresh lime zest and raw Agave. Significant oak and a touch of smoke from the barrel blends well with a refreshingly tart and lime zip, while the Agave mellows the finish. A perfectly crafted Margarita in beer form!

Crunk Monk Belgian Dark Strong ale aged in house for a year in a French Calvados Apple Brandy barrel. Fresh spiced apple cider aromatics, raisin and fig dried fruit leather mid palate with a silky dark grapeskin tannin and a rich warming finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon Aged Candi Belgian Tripel - 8% 16.9oz bottle
Belgian style Tripel aged 12 months in house in French Oak Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Vine ripened dark grapes and a rich honey sweetness from the Belgian malts sit mid palate, finishing with a jammy quality but also dry from the oak and tannins. Soft carbonation lends a very silky and pleasant mouthfeel. Brewed 8/26/2020

Chardonnay Barrel Aged Candi - 8% 16.9oz bottle
Belgian style Tripel aged 9 months in house in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The residual sweetness from the Belgian malts balance well against the barrel tannins. Fresh white grapes, pear, and melon all harmonize with a noticeable malty sweetness on the back of the palate, finishing very fresh and relatively dry.
