TANK CONDITIONED LAGERS
These beers take time, and dispensing is no exception. Enjoy the wait! Served as a 3 Stage or Milk Pour (-$1) upon request. We use specialty dispensing taps to serve our Lagers. This faucet allows us to pour liquid multiple different ways. 3 stage is our house standard "hard pour" procedure to allow the beer to breath and build foam. Milk pour exaggerates this process in one pour, softening the carbonation even more and accentuating the sublety of Lager brewing.-
Oktoberfest Märzen Lager 5.8% - $7 14oz
A classic grist built from Colorado grown and malted by our favorite maltster, Rootshoot, made up of Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malts. Mash hopped with German Hallertau Blanc, and kettle hopped with German classic Hallertau Mittelfru. Fermented with our house German Lager yeast, naturally carbonated from fermentation, and served straight from the tank. This unfiltered and full-flavored beer is perfect for fall! Wunderbar Helles - 4.4%
Our favorite domestic Pilsner malt from Rootshoot in Colorado and a heap of Chit malt decoction mashed for full malt flavor for this Helles Lager. Moderately hopped with GR Hallertau Mittelfru and fermented cool with German Lager yeast, we conditioned this a few extra weeks to bring it all together! Tapped 8/28/24

Ragnarauch Smoked Lager 5.7% - $7 14oz
Imported Weyermann Beechwood-Smoked Barley from the smoked beer capital of the world, Bamberg Germany complemented by equal parts Rootshoot Vienna and Pilsner malts. Hopped with GR Hallertau Mittelfru and fermented cool with German Lager yeast, naturally carbonated and extensively lager conditioned for 4 weeks. Prost Y'all! Tapped/canned 8/15/24

Zeitgeist Landbier 5.1% - $6 14oz
This German Lager is simple in approach and delivery. 100% Rootshoot Light Munich and a small percentage Chit malt make up the grist. First wort bittered with German Hallertau Blanc, and boil hopped with GR Hallertau Mittelfru and fermented with German lager yeast. An easy drinking German lager perfect for all day festing! Our Centennial Fresh Hop IPA utilizes Fresh Hops picked in Oregon and shipped overnight! This years grist consists of Pilsner, Flaked Wheat & Chit malt, and a touch of Munich wheat. Accompanied by Cascade boil additions, we did a post boil steep of whole cone fresh hops on the way to the fermenter. A small dry hop post fermentation of Citra helps elevate the lemony citrus forward addition of this years Centennial crop! Tapped 9/11/24

Luftschloss German IPA 6.2% - $5 14oz
Luftschloss - A castle in the sky, pipe dream. A bulked up Hefeweizen malt bill and a classic Hefeweizen yeast fermentation set us up for a new school hopping regimen! Low temp whirlpool and dry hop additions of Idaho7 CGX and Strata CGX and German Huell Melon drive Pineapple, Strawberry, and sweet Melon aromatics with an underlying Banana character from the Hefe yeast. A fruit medley with a full mouthfeel that drinks like a Hazy IPA! Tapped/Canned 8/23/24

Domestic Pilsner malt and a triblend of malted wheats set a full-bodied backbone for German wheat yeast to shine. Lightly bittered with German Huell Melon hops balances the sweet maltiness. Ripe banana with some underlying baking spice and fresh bread make for a delicious summer beer! Tapped/Canned 8/7/2024

We took a golden sour base, fermented with Local Honey, and conditioned cold side with Fresh Lemon zest and Piper & Leaf Front Porch Special Black tea blend. Notes of Jasmine Tea, zesty citrus, and slight honey sweetness. Contains caffeine! Tapped/canned 7/16/24

Special Citra 4.7% - $6 14oz
We pulled some wort from our recent batch of Belgian Blond ale and fermented with a blend of Bretts for this Special ale! Dry hopped with liquid Citra pre fermentation, allowing for the yeast to metabolize and create new aromatics. Honeydew Melon, Tangerine peel, and a dry bitter backbone. Tapped 7/31/24

Tart Saison 4.7% - $6 14oz
A simplistic grist of domestic Pilsner and Wheat malts, lightly mash hopped with Cascade, and lightly kettle hopped with CGX Idaho7. Fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactic Acid Bacteria from Jester King Brewery in Texas. A pleasant acidity with very mild funkiness, this drinks more like a fruity sparkling white wine than a beer! Tapped 5/16/24

Belgian style Tripel aged 12 months in house in French Oak Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Vine ripened dark grapes and a rich honey sweetness from the Belgian malts sit mid palate, finishing with a jammy quality but also dry from the oak and tannins. Soft carbonation lends a very silky and pleasant mouthfeel. Brewed 8/26/2020

Chardonnay Barrel Aged Candi - 8% 16.9oz bottle
Belgian style Tripel aged 9 months in house in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The residual sweetness from the Belgian malts balance well against the barrel tannins. Fresh white grapes, pear, and melon all harmonize with a noticeable malty sweetness on the back of the palate, finishing very fresh and relatively dry.
